| I have been bringing three of our family vehicles to Arvada West Auto for over 10 years! I have been very pleased with the high level customer service and service on our vehicles. They are competent and they are reasonable for the services they provide! |

| got the brakes done and after about a month we started having problems and we call about having it looked at and they got us right in and fixed the problem at no cost due to it being under warranty quick turn around and very happy |

| Took my truck to a ship 3 times , was told they couldn?t find anything wrong ?Dropped my truck off here , and they had the entire list within 24 hrs , gave permission for the repairs ?My suburban was repaired in full within less than 48 hrs and they did the most fantastic job..I will recommend EVERYONE to bring their vehicles here |

| DOS 6/15/21 I was vacationing in Colorado from Washington State when my F150 started losing antifreeze coolant. I kept adding to keep things going for a while but knew I needed repairs. After calling dealers and other shops and finding everyone booked a week or so out, I was happy and relieved when Arvada West Auto & Truck Service would try and squeeze me in the next day (knowing I was on vacation). This turned out to just be the first thing that rated them well in my mind. When I got there it got even better. They didn't seem to be a large shop but they were organized, friendly, professional and efficient. They ended up replacing my water pump to fix the problem. Top notch - I don't think there is anything they could have done better. Thank you Arvada West. I am only sad because being out of state I won't be able to make them my go-to shop. From my experience I do recommend them to anyone needing vehicle work done. |
